Reservation Policies

Existing availability and open dates, it is a requirement to confirm the reservation of the rental property by paying 50% via transfer during the following 48 hours in which the reservation was registered. Or, deliver the data of a valid credit card that does not expire before the date of arrival at the property.

Cancellation Policies

Customers Natural Persons, Institutional and Travel Agencies, Tour Operators can cancel their reservations in writing two months before the date of arrival to the property, without penalty except those caused by the bank institution.

In case of cancellation less than two months prior to the reservation date, the agency will be obligated to charge for being outside the time granted, which will be the equivalent to charging the total of 50% of the deposit.

Any cancellation less than two months before the reserved date, will not be entitled to partial refund, or total amount of amount paid.

Refund Policies

The total refund of amounts will be reimbursed by the means most convenient to the agency, discounted transaction costs and taxes incurred will be charged by the bank institution accordingly when apply.
